Return Policy

As a small business, Liz Artesanias does NOT offer refunds or returns. Item exchanges are allowed. If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be returned within 10 days. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Items must be unused and in good condition, with original tags still attached. Liz Artesanias reserves the right to deny an exchange if a returned item is used or received in damaged condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

No at the moment we only offer shipping within the United States.

How long will it take my item to ship?
